Ready for kickoff?

Hi everyone,

We have a minor schedule change! Our kickoff will now be held on Sunday, April 20, due to the DFW EXCELLERATE hackathon which will be wrapping up on the 19th. This time change will enable those interested to participate in both. For those unable or too exhausted to make the kickoff on 4/20 (which is Easter after all), I will be at the Dallas Makerspace on Monday 4/21 30 minutes before & after the CCNA class (i.e. between 7-7:30 and 8:30-9 PM) to recap the kickoff. If you are not a DMS member, knock politely on either door and ask to be directed to the CCNA class.

The Judging Day will not be moved.

Also, please note the amendment to the Official Rules: We will award only one prize per team. In the event of a low turnout, the judges may elect not to award one or more of the prizes, so if you end up being the only entrant, make sure you still show something compelling! Any "winner by default" needs to earn it.

Finally, I appreciate all the interest thus far, but please note that at least one member of your team must be physically present at the Dallas Makerspace on Judging Day (May 4) to demonstrate your entry in-person, or else it will not be judged.
